The Future of Dating: Why A.I. Could Save Apps Like Bumble and Tinder

Let’s face it, dating apps like Bumble and Tinder are slipping in popularity. And the reason is pretty clear: they’re not setting people up for long-term relationships, which is what most people really want, even if they don’t admit it. We’re all looking for something that lasts, not just a hookup. But imagine a dating app that could change all that.I personally dont do dating apps but I do see the struggle. Picture this: your AI and someone else’s A.I. get together and run through an entire relationship for you. They start with the first date, move on to engagement, marriage, maybe kids, buying a house together basically, they live out a whole lifetime. If it’s meant to be, they might even grow old together. Or if things aren’t right, they might end up divorced. The best part? It all happens in seconds, and you get a detailed report on whether this person is really a good match for you.

This is where dating apps need to go next. Right now, apps are stuck in a loop of quick swipes and shallow conversations. Sure, the algorithms match you based on a few stats, but they don’t dig deep. This new approach? It’s about way more than just matching profiles. It would give you real insight like talking points, things to watch out for, and even advice from an AI relationship coach that checks in on how things are going. You won’t have to rely on friends or family to give you advice about someone they barely know. Your AI, which knows as much about the person as you do, will help guide your relationship, offering feedback in real-time. And don’t worry, everything stays private just between you, your partner, and your AIs. The first app to pull this off is going to blow up. It’ll go from being just another “smash or pass” app to something that actually helps people find real, lasting love. And that’s going to be huge for both the users and the company’s bottom line. Who knows? Maybe Topoompop will be the one to build it.

Before we wrap up, I’ve got to mention the Electrify Expo in Alameda—it was seriously cool. From Porsche to Tesla to BMW, there were tons of electric vehicles on display, and people were lining up to test drive them. Some of the cars had awesome modifications, giving a glimpse into the future of customization. Kids were all over the place, trying out electric bikes and skateboards, and the stunt driver put on a show that had everyone’s attention. I’ve got a video from the event that you can check out above this paragraph. But hey, this was the guy portion of the blog. After diving into the future of dating apps, it’s only fair to balance it out with some electric vehicle action. Stay tuned for more!
